Front view of her cage
This is Jersey's tank, it's about a 29 to 33 gallon tank and was originaly ment for reptiles, the top is sealed with a wire top that has one opening large enough for one to put thier hand and arm in. The wire top removes for cleaning. This is an ideal "cat safe" habitat for a mice or any small animal a cat might be interested in!
Side view (front half)
Here you can see all the different things Jersey has to play with (and Jersey herself coming out of the tube).
First of she has 2 ceramic bowls [heavy ones which are hard to tip over, they can be bought at almost any pet shop]. She has one for water and one for her food.
At the end of her tube, you can see burried under her corn cob bedding an apple stick (bought at the pet shop) which she chews on, she also has some other flavoured sticks that are used to chew on and keep her teeth in good shape!
Her water bottle and a dish for treats are attached to the side of the tank and of course she has the classic tubes to run in and out of
side view (back end)
Here you can see her wheel which is attached onto the side of her tank. A toilet paper tube (the cheapest toy out there!) and her little mouse house which she drags bits of chewed news paper and tissue paper to make a nest and hoards some of her favorite foods and treats. You can also see her curved tunnel which she loves to go in an out of!
If you noticed a cage behind Jersey's, this is Duelette's home, she has a large cage about the same size as Jersey's tank, her cage sits inside a deluxe rabbit cage to keep little kiity pawas away from her. We are going to get anohter tank for Due so that she can be seen and see out better in the furute.
