Dear Friends:
Welcome to LynetteLeeEng.org!
Lynette
Lee Eng has the experience to be a vital member of the Cupertino Union
School District Board of Trustees. She received her B.S. from the
University of San Francisco, graduated from a citywide leadership
program, serves as a Parks and Recreation Commissioner, and as a Board
member of the Los Altos Mediation Program. She initiated one of CUSD's
alternative education programs, as well as curriculum improvements
for CUSD. Lynette Lee Eng is clearly committed to serving the public
and improving our children’s education.
Lynette Lee Eng is endorsed by the Cupertino Education Association,
an affiliate of the California Teacher’s Association. She recognizes
that teachers are an important resource. She maintains her knowledge
of education issues as Education Chairperson with the League of Women
Voters (recused until after election) and serves on community committees
advocating curriculum expansion.
Lynette Lee Eng believes in open government and fiscal accountability.
She opposes the Board’s decision to stop recording public meetings
and the restructuring of the Superintendent’s base pay which dramatically
increases his lifetime public retirement. Her concerns about children’s
education, spending more money at the classroom level and teamwork
will serve us well.
Vote for Lynette Lee Eng.
