Recruiting Policy

Let me first explain that the Dorchadas Marfach does not have an open recruitment policy. We have always felt it was much more important to having "quality" members over quantity. For this reason, each potential recruit much gain sponsorship from a current member. This sponsorship must be approved by an officer before the sponsoree gains membership.

If you are interested in joining, the best course of action is to try and group with members of the Dorchadas Marfach as much as you can. Let them know you are interested in joining, and after getting to know you, someone may choose to take the responsibility of sponsoring you.
