not provided in the medical record.

Identify deviations from and adherence to Standards of Care.
Identify potential defendants.
Identify types of testifying experts needed to support the case.
Obtain supporting references and medical literature.
Prepare interrogatory and deposition questions.
Help determine if your case has merit.
Help prepare witnesses and experts for depositions and trial.
Attend depositions, trials and arbitration/mediation hearings.
Review, analyze and summarize depositions.
Review documents and prepare responses to a variety of correspondence
such as: medical authorizations,
interrogations,
motions of production,
subpoena duces tecum,
and motions.
Prepare a written Summary including: technical opinion,
recommendations,
chronological time line,
outline or table of contents.
Present an oral report to the client.
