Boy meets girl
Double
decker bus scene.
Ka Bo
found a seat next to the girl.
Girl (listening to her handphone, feeling sad): "Hello? Do u still have anything to say? Bye."
Then,
the girl started crying out of a sudden.
Ka Bo
turned and looked at her.
The
girl cried non stop. There were many people in the bus.
Ka Bo
quickly searched through his bag for tissues.
The
girl kept crying, looking at Ka BO on and off , hoping that he would find some
tissues for her to wipe her tears away.
Failing
to find any tissues, Ka Bo looked at her and the girl looked at his bag.
The
scene was very funny.
Girl:
"Can u chat with me?"
Ka
Bo: " Eh? About what?"
Girl:
"Anything will do."
Ka
Bo: "Why do u cry?"
Girl:
" U can''t ask me this question."
Ka
Bo: " Did u just quarrel with your boyfriend?"
Girl:
" U can't ask me this too"
Ka
B: "Then,.....what is your opinion about Tung 's government policy on
housing speculation? And do u think the 600,000 loan is enough for the sandwich
class? Personally, I don't think it is enough."
Girl
(started laughing at his jokes):
Safety
Kansas:
" It's a disadvantage for me to talk to u on the street at night. How about
getting to a place and have some drinks."
Kansas
house.
Kansas:
"Take a seat. Just take it as your home"
Ka Bo:
"U are not taking me to your house and think that this will be to your
advantage?"
Kansas:
"Here at least, this is my territory. Look at your style. I don't think u
have any attacking potentials. Come on! What u wanna drink?"
Kansas
(going to get the drinks): "I only have beer in my house. Do u want
it?"
Ka Bo: "Anything, please."
Boredom
Ka BO:
"Aren't u afraid that u will wake up your parents
so late at night?"
Kansas:
" Hai....I live here alone"
Ka Bo:
" Living here alone must be very boring"
Kansas: " In this world, everybody says it's boring. It all depends whether u know how to cheer yourself up when u are down."
Time
sharing
Kansas
(threw a beer to Ka Bo): "Come on, your beer. Catch it"
Ka Bo grabbed for it, opened the can of beer and took a sip.
Kansas
(bringing some snacks together with her): "Hey, please help me to put the
drawings aside"
Kansas
sat beside Ka BO on the sofa.
Kansas
(opening a can of snacks):"U wanna eat this?"
Ka Bo (took
a look at the drawings):" U draw this?"
Kansas:
"These are kindergarten kids' drawings. Please don't insult my students.
Look, they are not bad"
Ka BO:
" U are a teacher, aren;t u?''
Kansas:
"Yes. These are drawn beautifully, aren't they? Of course, I am their
teacher."
Ka BO: " Oh, never thought of it"
Pleasing each other = Tolerance?
Suddenly,
Kansas' handphone rang.
Ka Bo:
"U've got a call."
Kansas
(just looked at her phone): "Let it rings. After some time, it'll
stop."
Ka Bo:
"Maybe it's a call from your bf. Perhaps he wants to call to
apologize."
Kansas:
"He just knows how to say sorry. If there's anything, he will just listen to me
and let me do anything I want."
Ka Bo:
"That means he puts u above everything else. U should consider yourself lucky"
Kansas "But, when 2 people stay together. There are things more than pleasing each other. So, if we just keep pleasing each other, it will be meaningless in carrying on with this relationship"
Solution
The
phone was still ringing.
Ka bo (taking
up the phone call): "I understand"
Ka Bo:
" Hello? Are u calling for Kansas?"
Before
he could finished his conversation on the phone , Kansas snatched the phone from
his hand.
Kansas: "Hello? Hello?"
Obviously
the phone had hung up long ago.
They
both laughed as Ka bO had played a trick on her.
Kansas
(hitting Ka BO with a pillow):"Stupid! How dare u play a fool with me"
" U creep!"
The
phone started ringing again.
