| Tangled blues, and wrinkled reds with little green stains flowing lightly from the twining browns... So my mind is in autumn with flow-pretty colors turning light to bright. So change my mind to white, when its pale at night and in day it will blind you by sight! Now you know that I think of snow, Yes Winter it be! Turn me round and round and round to little yellow's on the ground, green stemmed and little high, yes its Spring I sigh! Now chase me here to green; red; blue; yellow; purple; pink; and even white!! Yes its summer at your sight! After-thought I made this poem when I was in school a long time ago. It was a class assignment, for this particular poem we had to describe a place, scene, or landscape. So I looked out the window and saw the leaves on the ground and twisted leafless branches. And I wrote a poem describing the seasons as in a picture of a landscape. |
