PYEWACKET'S PAGE
This is about a week after I got him. He is about 8 weeks old here. I got him on tax day 2006. He was so young and small, I had to give him milk substitute the first week I had him. I think he was way too young to have been taken from his mom.
From the beginning, he was a very active kitten and loved to play with his toys.
I have a Halloween theme at my apartment, so, yes, I'm a witch with a black cat.
This is just a really cute picture of him. I think here is about three months old.
...And another one. I had a hard time getting cute pictures of him... he moved around alot.
In a bit, I'll have more active pictures of him. He's still very young here, no more than 4 months old.
This is why he's a little monster. He loves to attack and chew on things. I'm still trying to break him of the habit of gnawing on human flesh. I've read that kittens who are taken from their moms too early and who don't have other kittens to play with while growing up often remain biters. Pyewacket fits the bill.
Here he is sleeping, and you can see the blanket on my couch is the same color as he is.
Like a lot of kittens, he has a lot of energy. Here he is playing with the spinning ball.
I love this one, simply for its beauty. This is probably mid summer, and he looks to be around 5 or 6 months old. He is aiming for the dangling object over his head. So far, he still has his front claws, something which would soon become history.
I've never seen a cat have so much fun in a litter box in my life. When I brought him home after his declawing surgery, I had to have shredded paper in his box so his tender little paws wouldn't get harmed. He played for a solid hour, and I had shredded newspaper all over my apartment. It took him a bit to realize that was where he had to go to the bathroom!
Another cute one of him in the kitchen. As you can see, he is getting big. I think he is about 6 or 7 months old here, maybe older, and he weighed in at about 8 pounds. But, he's still not done growing!
Another one of him in a playful pose. I still have this fishing wand, and he still plays with it.
A big yawn.
This is one of the last pictures I've taken of him. Here is almost a year old and nearly fully grown. His eyes have gone from grayish blue to amber green. To date, he now weighs in at a hefty 17 pounds!
Now, you can go back to the writing pages. If you have gotten this far, you are obviously either very bored or really, really like cats.
