No one knows when the conflicts might end. And no one knows whether prosperity might follow suit. Yet, six million people and many in overseas, will have their destinies strongly tied to this small place. And, without doubt, it will continue to shine from the rim of South China Sea - because it will always be, the Pearl of the Orient.
