This was probably going to be like the other recommendation pages but then I realised there are too many couples and stories to have it set up like that so I'll do it more structured. However that means that it'll take me longer to put together. I hope you'll be patient with me.
Neville/Original Character
Finally Neville by teshara - NC-17 The one and only story I have ever read where Neville gets a girl and is happy. I like Neville I want him to get some lovin' too.
Percy/Hermione
The Consequences of Alcohol and Depression by Gwen Potter - This is pretty much the only Percy/Hermione I've ever seen, not to say it's the only one though. It is very well written however and makes Percy in-character while still capable of being a real-live-boy. I could read this after he became a git in the 5th Book too. So try this one even if you've never given this couple any thought.
George/Hermione
Chocolate & Pumpkin Ice Cream by silverphoenix - This is a really good story. Sweet and has the characters so believable and the slight confusion of half the characters is funny.
The Camping Trip by Gwen Potter - This is very sweet. Definately worth a read.
Fred/Hermione
I Miss You by Gwen Potter - A little angst but still fluffy.
