Most of the old trory fanfiction archives/sites disintergrated when our most lovable one (Chad) left but some remain up today even if they aren't updated regularly. Here are my favourites.

Want Need Have - My trory fanfic archive - it's in dire need of an update but this damn illness I had for so long kinda put a stop to me doing it, as soon as this rather large overhaul is done I'm getting down to business.

Laura's Gilmore Girls Fanfiction Archive - Okay, this author is every good adjective you can come up with, she is fabulous. Her trory story 'Pride and Prejudice' is sooo good, long chapters, which aren't updated all that regularly but more than worth the wait. And the Luke/Lorelai story is fabulous too.

Starford - A new little place which hopefully won't go the way of all the old trory sites and disappear.

Trifectaly - Okay, this is a somewhat defunct site but the girls who created it and keep it open for use truly rock, they were after all the first girls to name CMM hotass so lets face it they rock. And their stories truly rock. Three 'rocks' in one description so I think I need less sugar.

IN.MY.EYES - Alright I've picking a new adjective but inmyeyes is fabulous, her stories are well thought out and sweet and really you can't be a trory fan without being addicted to her fiction.

- Good, long stories that make you happy if you're sappy and also sooth that angsty ache in all of us, a fabulous author, must reads.

Gilmore Girls Improv Archive - Improv's a like challenges (a few words - generally 4/5 are given out and you have to include them in a story). I've done a few myself and there are some very good stories coming out of here.

Chilton Library - Not exclusively trory but this is extensive and good and given that I also have a thing for Luke/Lorelai an excellent site.

Gilmore Girls.net - A very extensive GG site and a very good one at that.

Star's Hollow - Gilmore-girls.net's fanfiction archive. The owner isn't taking submissions anymore but the stories are still up and still good.

Proud and Prejudiced - A selective fanfiction website, the be all and end all of good GG fic. Do check it out.
