Yuki and Natsu were as usual, walking happily to their school. Suddenly, someone pushed Yuki from behind and she dropped her History project work into the rainwater puddle on the roadside.
�Hey~!� Yuki shouted angrily while the guy who just pushed her, ran away.
�Sorry~!� The person shouted back. He didn�t even look back to see what happened.
�Oh, dear! You have to hand up your project by tomorrow, right? You won�t have enough time to do a new one~!� Natsu said.
�I won�t forgive that guy. I have worked 3 nights for this.� Yuki picked up her wet project. Not only that, her one and only net friend, Ken had helped her a lot in this project by giving her information.
�Did you saw that guy�s face? I only know that he�s from our school.�
Yuki nodded her head and said coldly. �He is the school basketball boys team captain and coach, Fujima Kenji.�
Shoyo High School, Outside the Library, 9th of May, 2:35p.m.
�Ouch~!�
�Gomen~!�
Fujima was trying to go into the library to meet Toru. He pushed the door and accidentally knocked down the books, which the girl was holding. They bent down together to pick them up.
�Did I hurt you?� Fujima asked while he put the books back into the girl�s arms.
�YOU~! Next time look where you are going. Don�t think you are handsome and the basketball team captain and coach that everyone will forgives you for what you did.� The girl said angrily.
NANI~?! �Look, I didn�t mean to hurt you and I have already apologized.� This was the first time a girl used this tone to speak to him, and he DIDN�T like the way she described him, which was false. He never uses the name of the school basketball team captain or coach to gain any favours.
�Yuki-chan~!� Fujima and Yuki turned around their heads to look at Natsu who was running towards them. Fujima was shocked that the both girls look exactly the same~! Then he realised that they were twins.
�Don�t quarrel here, Yuki-chan. This is the school library.� Natsu whispered softly to Yuki.
After Natsu helped Yuki to carry some books, Yuki stared back at Fujima for a while before she said. �Let�s go home.�
When Yuki had already walked out the library, Natsu turned to Fujima and said. �Gomen ne, Fujima-sempai. My sister didn�t usually behave like this. This morning before school, you accidentally pushed her and spoilt her History project. She had to make it over again, that�s why her attitude to you is bad.� After that, Natsu ran out of the library to catch up Yuki.
Fujima looked back at the girl whom called Yuki. Now he remembered that he did knock someone this morning before school. At the same time, he believed that although two persons look alike, but their characters were different. The younger sister was so sweet, while the elder was so fierce~!
No matter what, he was wrong in causing her project ruined. He had to find out some ways to make it up.
Yuki read the mail again and felt sad. This mail was 4 days ago and lucky, Yuki saved it for future uses.
If Natsu today didn�t stop her, she believed that the quarrel with Fujima today would have become worse. Much, much worse. Somehow, she realised she was wrong too. She shouldn�t say or use that rude tone to him. She decided she would apologise to him next time, and forget about him.
She clicked on the reply button and began to type.
Fujima was waiting outside the school main gate for the twin sisters. Soon, he saw both of them on the other side of the road and stood straight.
�Yuki-chan, look~!� Natsu called while Yuki was thinking about her new half-done project, which she thought would get low marks for it, or worse failed. Yuki looked up to where Natsu was pointing to and saw Kenji. Immediately, Kenji recognised who was Yuki as she had fire in her eyes.
While both of them tried to walk past him, Kenji put out his right arm with a big yellow envelope to stop Yuki. �This is for you.� He said.
Yuki and Natsu were shocked that Kenji could recognised Yuki. This was the first time someone could separate the Kimura Twins Sisters. They looked at each other for a long time. Somehow, Yuki found him charming with those big blue eyes looking at her while Fujima started to find she was a beautiful girl after all with her long hair shined beautifully by the sunlight and the wind.
�This is your History project which I have ruined yesterday. I have made a new one for you.�
Yuki took the envelope from him and opened it. The design, text and everything were exactly the same as the one her History teacher wanted to be. Yuki closed the envelope and looked back at him.
She has the urge to scream at him for helping her to do the project while she didn�t ask him to. Yuki was an independent girl who didn�t want anybody to help her. Because she would felt great satisfaction when she completed the work. But because of the time, because of his tired red-rimmed eyes, she had no choice but to accept it.
�Thank you. If there�s nothing else, I got to go now.�
�Then are we friends?�
Yuki looked at his right hand for a long time before she shook it. The school bell rang. She looked back at him and said. �I have to go back to my class.�
While Yuki walked into the school, Natsu quickly gave Fujima a wink before she ran up to catch her sister. Actually, Kenji started to think that maybe it�s best to have friends than enemies.
Kenji started to yawn and covered his mouth. But somehow, he had to sacrifice his sleep to finish the project for her. He didn�t have any difficulty to find out which class of the famous, beautiful twin sisters. He asked his juniors from the basketball team who were in the same class with Yuki to know what their project topic was. Coincidentally, the topic was the same as Snow Girl�s, so he�s able to finish it in one night�s time.
Shoyo High School, Class 3/1, 10th of May, Lunch Break
�Yo, Kenji, are you sure you don�t want to have lunch? Or else, you won�t have energy for the basketball practise after school.�
When Kenji heard he got basketball pratise after school, he frowned. After the basketball practise, surely the time he returned home would be around 7 or 8pm. There won�t have enough time for him to rest. So he decided to skip his lunch to sleep in class.
Kenji crossed his arms at his table and lay his head on them. �Yeah. Just leave me alone to sleep.� Soon, immediately after that, he had fallen asleep.
Toru shook his head and stood up. Just when he stepped out of the classroom, he met one of the beautiful twins from the girls� basketball teams.
�Hello Yuki-Natsu~!�
Everyone in the girls or boys basketball team, who knows the twins, started to call them by �Yuki-Natsu� as they couldn�t recognise who was who.
�Hello, Toru-sempai.�
Yuki likes Toru-sempai a lot. He�s gentle, funny and always helped them to carry the basketballs back into the sports room.
�Did you have your lunch yet? Want to come with me? I�m hungry.� Toru asked.
�No, thank you. I just had it.�
�Oh�well then, I will meet you in the gym later. See ya.�
When Toru left the classroom door, Yuki noticed someone was sleeping inside. She immediately recognised it was Kenji. Although Yuki didn�t like him to do the project for her, still he stayed up the whole night to finish it for her.
Yuki ran to the school canteen and bought a ham sandwich together with a packet of milk. She went back to the class 3/1 and walked in silently towards Kenji. She placed the sandwich and milk in front of him carefully.
No matter what, he should have his lunch. She left the classroom and closed the doors silently.
Shoyo high School Basketball Gym, 10th of May, 2:55p.m.
�Toru, thanks for your lunch.�
�Huh? What lunch?�
Kenji looked at him strangely while they walked to the basketball gym together.
�You bought the sandwich and milk for me, right?�
�Nope. By the time I have finished my lunch, the bell has already rang. Where did I find the time to buy them for you? Beside, you didn�t ask me to buy lunch for you.�
�Strange. Then who bought them for me?�
Toru thought for a while before he said. �Could it be one of the Kimura Twins? I talked to one of them outside our classroom before I left. Maybe she saw you were sleeping and bought them for you.�
Kenji didn�t know what to say and kept quiet. Who could it be? Yuki or Natsu?
It couldn�t be Yuki, as they had just become friends. She couldn�t change her attitude so fast to treat him so nicely.
Then it must be Natsu, Kenji thought. She�s a loving one; always have a nice smile on her face. He�s going to treat her a dinner back someday.
