| The Story of Baby Turner |
| On June 23rd, Mommy had another appt with the Doctor's office. She was weighed again and found that she had gained 5 lbs since her last visit. The Dr. told her this was okay. Mommy's blood pressure was 102/70, which was also very good. The Dr. couldn't find Baby's heartbeat because Mommy was only 10 weeks and 3 days pregnant, so Mommy was told to come back in 2 weeks to check for the heartbeat again. |
| On July 7th, Mommy returned to the Dr's office and found that she had gained another 2 lbs since last being seen - for a total of 7 lbs gained altogether. Her blood pressure was 110/70, which was still good. Dr. Leynes found Baby's heartbeat for the first time and said, "it's a good, strong, rapid heartbeat." Mommy was 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant at this time. |
