Sports: ...Are you crazy? I like soccer, tennis, volleyball, floor hockey, and badmitton but I don't play them.

With the problems facing everybody I seem to come into contact with lately, I've been putting this site on the back burner. Now I think it's safe to say that all the issues seem to be coming to a head, but not in a good way - it all seems to be getting worse.
In keeping that in mind, I've decided to put a temporary delay on doing too much with the site (not as if I haven't been doing that anyway, though at least I'd been updating the song reviews if nothing else) until at least part of this mess is cleared out. Friends are arguing with me and one another, there have been a few deaths recently (one of which was close to me, my cat Garfield who was my little baby), and with the strain of just life in general lately it's getting difficult to operate myself much less God knows how many websites and journals and submission sites.
So it's with a slightly heavy heart (not too heavy; this is for the best, after all, til I can settle things down a bit) that I say this will be perhaps the very last update I'll be doing on this site for some time to come. I'll try to make the update today worth the effort it takes to post and the time everyone who visits puts into coming here.
At the moment I'm working on converting some of the role play conversations I've had with my friends recently into story (or at least site-compatable) reading format to post (though mostly it's just for us to be able to keep up with where we are in them) and working more heavily on the song reviews portion of this site.
You may also notice that I've removed two or three links from the page; one of my journals is now fairly inactive, and the WinAmp skins no longer need to be displayed. (This is because I both have too many to keep up with posting now, and because if anyone were going to send me the ones shown on the page, they would have done so by now. Albeit, I wish to give a heartfelt thanks to brendatheaps23 for sending me the Deep As You Go and all of the .Hack skins.
Also, there will be a temporary page where anyone who wants a song can request it, and I will make it available for download. I don't know how long this will last, but your songs will usually only stay up on that page for about a week-ish before more are put in their place and they are removed from the rotation. So, remember to make frequent stops there to see if the request(s) have been filled and your songs are uploaded. The information for requesting music and the rules will be posted on that page as well, so that the need to contact me will be less. (Since I probably won't reply for a while.)
