Entering the double doors from the front courtyard and driveway, you step into the entry room. Walking in further, to your left you see the storage closet. Then to your right and straight ahead is the magnanimous Great Hall. Coming to the center of the Great Hall, to the west you see the main stairs, library, computer room and Professor Xavier's office. To your right is the hallway that leads to the Living room, Rec room, Kitchen, Elevator, Dining room and (eventually) the Classroom/Arboretum. In front of you are the large, glass french-doors that lead out to the patio and pool area as well as the tennis courts, then the massive back yard and estate grounds that stretch into the surrounding forests.

Nothing but bedrooms up here. The quiet hall stretches ahead of you lined with doors to each of the living quarts. Students' rooms on the south side of the hall. Honorary X-men quarters on the north side. Both levels are fairly identical, except in who sleeps where.
