I - bridges -
i always knew i would die on a bridge / i would make it half way and the bottom would give
and i would fall down / and i would sink and i would drown
and i'm crossing the bridge to you / even though i'm so scared to
and if you break my heart / all of these songs will become you
i see you now, a swan in the sky / i see you now, the light in my eye
i'm trying to be brave for you / i'm trying to swim for you
i'm trying to be strong for you / i'm trying to be for you
and our time in here / and our time is now
i just need to feel / i just need to fight / i just need to knonw that i am alive
i just need to breathe / i just need to be / i just need to know that i am alive
i just need to see / i just need to sing / i just need to know that i am alive

II - blankets -
oh, charlie brown / when will we grow up
we've seen so much, yet we look so young / making these same mistakes
and dosn't it break your heart / when you see how this world is dug from the dirt
and how it will go / and so it goes
i'm writing to tell you a story / it's ten thousand miles long
and there's a girl so close to home / dosn't it break your heart
does you best your friend still carry that blanket / and is that girl still in your heart
how long will you carry her around / even if you were floating through space
how long could you hold on
i will hold on / how long can she hold on / how long will you hold on

III - riven -
now we'll never know / where that river flow
and now we'll never know / where we might have gone
had we followed / every twist and turn
had we followed / every bridge and road

IV - the key -
oh, sweet child of starlight and grace / when will you give me all that you hold to be true
oh, sweet child of mercy and fate / when will you give me all that you hold in your heart and in your hands

when will you find it in yourself to get along without me
when will you find that everything you need is hear already
just gathering dust in the deepest chambers of your mind / you have but to find the courage to open the door

oh, sweet child of ivy and snow / when will you give me the light to search such depths
oh, sweet child of winter and warmth / when will you give me all that i hold dear
when will you go home / and not the house that you father built
the place that brings joy to you heart / the key is in your hands

when will you show me the way
you have but to turn, turn the lock

record number seven - II

I - disintigration -
this is no way to remind us of the end / this is no way to try and start again
and we're not so afraid of dieing  / as we fear fading to gray
we are breaking / we are falling / we are fading fast
gray sqaures are swarming / and buzzing / and disintigrating
and who told you / that this is how it's done / and who told you / that your missing all the fun
and who told you / that your not the only one
and this no way to show us how it ends / and this is no way to make it right again
we are flying / we're converging / we are fading fast
black-white cubes of love and hate are coming and going / yet never staying / yet never leaving

II - something fell -
if i were you / i wouldn't take this so lightly / if i were you / i would take the time to think this through
if i were you / i would speak my mind / if i were you / this would be so easy
i just wanted to say good bye / i just wanted to scream good luck
if i were you / i would take one last look around / if i were you / i would have noticed me watching
if i were you / i would speak my mind / if i were you / i would have nothing to loose
and that's when i heard the sound / something fell
i think it was inside me / it may have been all around

III - echoes -
the waves pull down / the silent sound of drowning / your face above and below
and echoes away from me / and echoes away from me / and echoes way from me
the trees were already dieing / the sound of your eye colored leaves / it scatters and echoes away from me
can a broken down piano save all that's left of me / how long has that crack been in you voice
the mirror is shattered and shattering away from me

IV - one word -
my love ground another hot gray year into the dirt
she used not but her palms and one swift devastating glare
i dare not describe the sight
my love ground another hot gray year into the void
she used not but my heart and on of her best performed facades
this is folley at it's best
this is nostalgia at is's worst
and this not my home to burn
and this is not my blood to give
is one glance to musch to ask
far far to much to have
is one word to much to ask
far far to much to have
is all that is stading between us just one straight answer
is all that is standing between you and everything you ever wanted just one word

record number seven - III

IV - someday i will die -

record number seven - IV

I - until morning -

i don't know just where i'm headed tonight / but i'm gonna be taking the back roads
and i'm gonna see just how far this moon is willing to follow
and it's so hard to go it alone / so much time spent scraping the rust off my bones
and if i fell asleep right now / i almost certainly will fall down
and under the weight of my wings / i almost certainly will drown
we do know the way / we're just waiting for the moment to come
we're just waiting for morning to come
i had a dream / all my days were coming to an end
but when i woke / there were so many more to come
