The rules are simple.

1: Only nominations submitted to the official contest nomination sites (the email, guestbook, or forum listed on the main contest page) will be accepted. I will not accept nominations at my regular email address or in other guestbooks or forums.

2: Nominations must fit the category for which you are nominating them. Hints as to what page is elligible for what category are given on the poll page.

3: Nominations must be of a Sailor Moon-based site. Exceptions to this rule will be noted on the poll page.

4: ANY Sailor Moon-based site can win, regardless of who owns it.

5: In the case of any conflicts, I am the final arbiter.

6: Any person may vote any number of times. However, each vote must be seperate from any other vote for that same site. In other words, if I vote for Site X five times, I must submit five seperate emails. You can have more than one vote per submission (ie: one vote for Site X, one vote for Site Y, etc...)
