| NATHAN BARLOWE (lead vocals) Nathan Barlowe was born in Wilmington, NC on January, 27 (he won't tell us what year). He loves music, food, and more food. He writes most of the music for the band. His favorite Luna Halo song is Wasting Away. He enjoys playing to large crowds and said that the best band they have played with is Velvet Revolver. |
| CARY BARLOWE (lead guitar) Cary Barlowe came into this world on July 31, 1982 in Lynchburg, VA. He loves playing guitar, mexican food, and hanging out with friends. His favorite Luna Halo song is Over the Edge. He plays with Luna Halo, has co-written and played a few songs with tobyMac, and has many other musical accomplishments. |
| AARON JENKINS (bass guitar) Aaron Jenkins graced Albany, NY with his presence on November 21, 1973. He loves the base guitar, piano, his X-Box, and coffee. His favorite hairstyle is the hawk. His favorite Luna Halo song is Strangers. He joined Luna Halo because he loves Nathan's voice and he saw a lot of potential for this band. |
| LUNA HALO Nathan Barlowe formed Luna Halo in 2001 because of his desire to bond musical integrity with honest lyrics. Some of Luna Halo's musical influences include New Order, The Smith's, and The Clash. Due to the diversity of those who influenced their music, Luna Halo has a sound all their own and has managed to not sound like any other band. Nathan and the band say, "We want to write good songs that will stand the test of time." Luna Halo's music takes the listener on an audio roller coaster as it goes from a soft whisper to a musical wall of melodic upbeat rock and at any moment brings you to a screeching halt and back to a soft whisper. Nathan's voice has a quality that is memorable and once you have heard it, you immediately recognize it when you hear it again. The finished product of this band is entertaining to head bangers and soft rockers alike. |
