I am going to answer the questions since I couldn't find an online girl gamer but I did interview
two male gamers and this will be the outcome. My first Interview was with Guy who plays Halo 2 on Xbox Live. Are you a hardcore gamer? Yes. What do you play? FPS (First Person Shooter), RTS (Real Time Strategy), Flight Sims, racing games What systems do you play? Xbox, PC, Online Hours of play? Um, if I kept track I'd be sick Have you heard about the sexism from media about women playing? No What do you think of women playing Video Games? It's hot! Do you like playing with women? Yeah, just like anyone, as long as they are focused Have you heard of the Frag Dolls? No I decided to answer my own questions for a girl and guy point of view hardcore gamer? yes what do you play? FPS, RPG, RTS, etc. what systems do you play? PS2, Xbox, PC with online play how many hrs do you play? up to 10 have you heard about the sexism from the media about women playing? yes how have you been treated among the men playing? couple didn't like a girl playing them do you like/have you played with men? yes I use to play with my husband all the time. have you heard of the fragdolls? yeah from G4 TV. if so have you played against them? nope not yet! |
