(DISARMING FEAR)

Notes:Such a spell if needed says much about the state of mind of a
person.It
is wise to discover what the protection is from, why it is felt
needed
and what change is hoped for.

NEEDED:Some stones or objects to act as symbols:Symbol for person.Symbol
for
fear (or symbols for more than one).Symbol for fear/s beaten by the
person(
a white stone is what I use).An open space e.g. beach, field, river.

METHOD:In sacred space lay out the symbols.The fear beaten symbol wants
to
be between the person and the fear symbol.Put them to equal distances
from
the fear beaten symbol.
Get the person to move the person symbol a little nearer to the fear beaten

symbol saying,' I AM NOT AFRAID'.Say,'ARE YOU SURE?' then move the fear

symbol an equal amout closer to the fear beaten symbol.
Continue to play this game until the symbols are all together.Get the person

to say,'I WAS AFRAID'.Pass them the person symbol.Say to them,'ARE YOU NOT

AFRAID NOW?'.Offer them the fear symbol.Get the person to take the fear

symbol and say,'I AM NOT AFRAID'.
***With the fear symbol in their hand let the person say,'I HAVE BEATEN

FEAR.NEVER RETURN BECAUSE YOU CANNOT WIN'.Keep the fear beaten symbol for

further use.

TO FINISH:Either get the person to bury the fear symbol in a open space,
or
throw it as far as they can out to sea or in a field etc.
