Notes:Ideally there should be a binding form for each element.This is a

generalised one.You can optionally say;'i do this with the justice of the

greater good',if you want to.To break the binding undo the cord knot and

say,'the binding is broken, I release you --------(whatever it is)'

NEEDED:A cord with the name of the person to be bound on it.

METHOD:Tie the ends of the cord saying,
'Binding ring
'over night,
'I impower you
'into light.
'Hold fast and hold tight
'around the one
'that would me fight!'

Repeat until you can visualise the ring of cord as a ring of light.Make
the
light brighter and brighter but no bigger than the cord.

TO FINISH:Repeat the words whilst visulising the ring of light as if
targetting
the person or object to be bound, then with a shout of the
name(person
or thing)throw into the air the cord ring from the hand.See the
ring of
light leave super fast to capture the target.
