A variant of the RB-79 Ball, the K Type was outfitted with extra features such as the Double 180mm Cannon and extra manipulator arms. Another new feature was the rocket guided wench cable for grappling objects. The K Type Ball was used by Shiro Amada in a battle against the MS-06RD-4 Zaku II Prototype while in orbit of the Earth. Fortunately for Shiro, he was successful in destroying it.
