TWO WEEKS UNTIL ADELAIDE!! :D
That's really all I have to add at this point. Christmas this week, am going to spend the next few days just lounging about - it's very very hot - and yep, taking it nice and easy :) Nothing too exceptional on TV this week either.
Picture of Jorja Fox on page 10 of the paper today. I was SO impressed - usually they use a picture of Marg Helgenberger or William Petersen! And it was hardly CSI related, it was about the stations playing repeats all week :D GO JORJA! :D hehe

Thursday 18 December 2003
All right so Judging Amy was better than I thought. They're definitely building up some tension here, which could be a good thing as long as they follow through. Being a PG show, I don't really expect them to follow through to the standard that I'm used to with all my regular M programming, but I'm hoping they do it well nonetheless. I want some action - woo! :P
Spent today watching more CSI: The Finger (again, hehe, it rocks!), I-15 (LOVE Jorja Fox in season one, especially the interaction with Warrick in this ep!), and Abra Cadaver. Got halfway through it before I realised that the amazing zephyr was Tom Noonan, the guy who went up against William Petersen in the Silence of the Lambs prequel, Manhunter. I *thought* he looked familiar, and when they were talking about butterflies and moths it just came to me! hehe They *so* did that on purpose! Nice work, writers :P

Wednesday 17 December 2003
Well today I spent the day reading fanfiction at various places. Mainly re-reading some of my favourites from Anya, Anansay, Irish, Mandy, Laura Katharine, and several more over at ff.net. I also watched three episodes of CSI: Organ Grinder, You've Got Male and The Finger :D Great, mental-image inspiring titles yeah? teehee The Finger is the best of them (and what a finger! :P)
Am looking forward to Judging Amy tonight. I wonder if it's actually going to be scary! Last time she was threatened it was just wrong, I'd seen worse when I was ten years old and started watching Water Rats and sneaking peeks at X Files! But it's looking promising. At least there's definitely a struggle, but I'm guessing all we're gonna see are the feet *sigh* hehe We'll see. If I'm wrong, I'll be back tomorrow to correct myself and proclaim that it was awesome! hehe
18 days till Adelaide! :D

Tuesday 16 December 2003
I finally got what every person dreams of!!! *Grin* On Christmas morning, when we wake up and do presents, mine are the only ones under the tree. THEY'RE ALL MINE! MWA HA HA HA HA HA! Younger sister is getting contact lenses *rolls eyes, no pun intended*, parents have bought new outdoor furniture, and me, my stuff is under the tree! HOORAH!!!! I know what it all is of course, cos I tried it all on and bought it all myself, but STILL :D
Today I watched Double Jeopardy, love that, and Annabeth Gish looks SO different with long hair! And we made a Christmas cake, and I had three banana and strawberry candy canes to go with it. OMG i'm *so* full! I also had this huge breakfast: spaghetti from last night, yoghurt, a piece of bread and one teeny tiny chocolate, so I'm completely stuffed! Christmas came early to my stomach hehe
And it's started to rain. Overcast *again* and so humid. It's not actually that hot. I went to stand outside in the drizzle and it was pretty cool, a nice cool breeze to go with the water, but it's still muggy, it's awful!
19 days till Adelaide! :D

Monday 15 December 2003
Woo, Saddam has been found! Put the loser on trial and lock him up for life I say! :D
This morning I went for a walk and put in a film to be developed at work and posted part A of Shell's Christmas present! I don't think there's anything too interesting on the film. Lots of pictures of my wall at several different stages, lots of pictures of the dog - I have one from a couple days ago. I was making my bed and she crawled in between the sheets, v cute! - and some pictures of me, and some from Marissa's 18th as well.
Then I got home and decided to spend the morning ripping the hair out of my legs and from under my arms. It was quite eventful! hehe
AAANYWAY, I have a new colour scheme if you haven't already noticed. Nothing too flash but it'll do for now :) All comments appreciated! :D
A week and a half till Christmas, and three weeks from today I'll be in Adelaide, sweltering :P YAY!!!!

Saturday 13 December 2003
Well I have the week off work! WOOHOO! :D Last night was my friend's 18th and I stayed over, so I'm running on less than 4 hours sleep right at this moment. Have redone the colours! Hope you like, I wanted it pretty and maybe a little bit feminine, but I also wanted it nice and simple, so I hope this hits both goals right on the head! hehe
Have a great week! I shall be reading fic and doing not-so-much. YAAAAAAAAAY! Oh and from tomorrow, three weeks till Adelaide! :D

Wednesday 10 December 2003
I'm in the process of adding colours to my site, so if anything is illegible I'm sorry! It'll be fixed asap! Lisa :)

Tuesday 9 December 2003
I'm that desperate to be in high school again I had December 2001 written on yesterday's entry! Oops! Soon it will be 2004 and I'll be six months away from turning 19 - EEEE - I'm excited about my life ahead of me, which I guess is a positive thing, right? :D
Today I exposed myself to all my favourite things! This morning I watched Will & Grace, and it was the ep where they flash back to where Will "comes out" and ah, it rocks, Karen rocks, more specifically - Anastasia Beaverhousen! Go, girl! Afterwards, I put on 'The Way She Moves' and danced for about 40, 45 minutes. 'Twas very fun, and I got my Annabeth Gish fix for the day. I've also been watching a CD I was given by a friend of mine, who's provided me with many a CSI/related tape this past year. On it is almost every significant scene with Jorja Fox and William Petersen in it throughout all three seasons of CSI. Later tonight 'Hellbound' is on, another excellent X Files episode with Annabeth in it. And at the moment I'm listening to my Without a Trace music and am about to read some of my favourite Without a Trace fic. So I'm all set! *grin*
I've decided to post a link here to an author on ff.net: midnight-blue. I've read some of the CSI and Without a Trace fics, and they've had me in tears every time! The stories I would highly recommend are: Anamchara and Baptisms of Fire in the Without a Trace category (they're both quite long, the shorter ones are also excellent if you don't have much time!), and Miles to Go in the CSI category! Here is midnight-blue's section at ff.net: http://www.fanfiction.net/profile.php?userid=272998 - If you read any I encourage everyone to leave reviews, I can tell you from experience that it really boosts their egos and they're much more likely to continue producing such excellent material that will keep us sane in non-ratings periods :P hehe Hey, it's true! *grin* Take care and SMILE! :)

Monday 8 December 2003
This is my very first entry! I've decided to keep an online journal, a place where I can write as much boring stuff as I like and if you want to read it, so be it! I've never been very *good* at keeping a journal, so we'll see how this goes. For the most part, this will take over from my extremely long emails to way too many people about my very mundane life! hehe
This is a new design and a new location to my site. I don't have access to a scanner any more so it's not very pretty, although I'm *very* impressed with my links section - 'tis very colourful!
Other than those links, on this site you'll find some of my favourite lyrics, a little bit about myself, and well...that's it! I hope you enjoy and I'll do my very best to keep this updated regularly!
First off, today I went for a walk and sent Xmas cards to a couple of friends! So I've basically done my exercise today. What else...I binged on some "low-fat chocolate fudge cake" - it was absolutely delicious!! :D Read lots of CSI fic, and a little bit WAT fic, and have chatted to Chloe, Steph and Shell! *waves*
