There are many different schools of thought about eating right.  I honestly think that as long as we are eating fresh whole foods and not filling our bodies with a bunch of chemicals (and thinking it's good or not caring) then we are at least loving ourselves and that's what it's all about.  Finally Loving Yourself.  Let's be good to our bodies and love ourselves.

Here is a link to a site dedicated to wellness.
OK!  It's been a long time since anyone has updated this section.  Since I have more time on my hands now, I guess I'll take responsibility for the Recipe Section Also.  Some recipes will still be those of my children as they have already submitted them to me but I've never had the time to get them on the site.  My hopes were that they would access the site and update their sections.  Well, that didn't happen.  Go Figure!

I've been rethinking this and I want to change the format a bit.  I'll be putting in information on healthy meals instead of just recipes.  Check out the Fruit Shake below.  It's great for breakfast or a snack anytime.  Of course you can use any fruit you'd like.  I personally don't like bananas in my shakes, I prefer mixed berries.
Fruit Shake
1/2 cup of Juice, (unsweetened Orange or Grapefruit)
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
2 Ice Cubes
1/4 cup of Low Fat or Non Fat Milk

In a blender combine juice, banana strawberries, ice cubes & milk
Variations:  Try this with any fruit.
