"Yeah, you are an idiot, Nikolas." Lucky replied and started to walk towards him.

"Lucky you don't know what your talking about, I don't love her, I never will." Nikolas said, pointing a finger directly at Marie.

Tears started to well up in Marie's eyes, she didn't understand. Lucky noticed her sorrow and it just made his rage build with Nikolas.

"Nikolas, you don't deserve Marie, she's much better than you'll ever be."

"Yeah, she's programmed, there's no real emotion in that girl."

Marie didn't know how to defend herself, but she hated being talked about as if she weren't even in the room. Marie jumped off the gray suade chair and ran out the room.

"Marie, don't run!" Lucky called off at her, than turned back to Nikolas.

"She'll be free now, let her go, she dosen't belong here."

"Nikolas you truly are a prince, so cold." Lucky said and with that went after Nikolas.

BACK UPSTAIRS...

"Helena you should stay out of Nikolas' life." Elizabeth said coldly.

"He's my grandson, I have to watch for his interests."

"His interests are none of your buisness."

"Are they your's?"

Elizabeth hesitated for a moment, then was about to answer when she and Helena heard a crash come from the lab.

"What was that?"Elizabeth questioned, sticking her head through the door.

"I'm sure it's nothing, but I'll go look myself, you may go on your way now."

"What if..." Elizabeth started but the door shut in her face.

Elizabeth stood and wondered if Lucky was okay, praying he was. Then someone slammed into her from behind. Elizabeth quickly whirled around to see who it was. It was a girl who looked very scared, a girl she had never seen before.

"Hey, are you okay?" Elizabeth asked.

"I...I..."Marie started but then tears came streaming down her face.

"Oh, it's okay, here come sit down." Elizabeth said, leading her to a bench.

IN THE LAB...

"What on earth is going on here?" Helena asked in shock.

Lucky and Nikolas broke apart and went to different sides of the room.

"Lucky here decided to defend little Marie."

"Where is she?" Helena asked, looking around the room.

"She ran off, because of him!" Lucky yelled.

"Lucky you must go find her now, I will talk with Nikolas."

Lucky nodded and headed out the door.
