"Nikolas, what is the matter with you?" Helena asked shocked.

"Nothing is wrong with me Grandmother, why did you program some poor girl?"

"I wanted you to be happy Nikolas, Elizabeth is a waste of your time."

"Don't talk about Elizabeth that way, you know I love her more than anyone else I've ever met!"

OUTSIDE THE MANSION...

"What's your name?" Elizabeth asked putting a comforting hand on Marie's shoulder.

"Marie." She said looking at the ground.

"That's a very nice name, now where did you come from? It looked like the Cassadine Mansion."

Marie thought over it quickly, should she trust this woman? She seemed nice enough, but Marie had always been taught not to trust anyone. Just then a shadow came over the two women.

"Elizabeth, who's your friend?"

Elizabeth smiled and then looked at Marie who seemed to be taken in by this new stranger.

"This is Marie, I just happened to bump into her while trying to find Lucky."

"Ah, well, I happened to pass Lucky on my way here. He's just down the street.'

"He is? Thank God, I'm going to go get him. I'm sorry I have to leave so soon Marie, I'm sure we'll see eachother again soon." Elizabeth said as she gave a little squeeze to Marie's hand.

Marie nodded as she ran off, then wondered what connection she had to Lucky.

"So, Marie, where are you from?" This stranger broke her train of thought.

"Well, actually I'm not completely sure. I don't really know where I am now as a matter of fact."

"You, my dear, are in Port Charles."

"And who are you?" Marie asked curiously.

"Jasper Jacks, at your service, but you can just call me Jax." He answered with a smirk.

Marie couldn't help but smile at him, he was very charming.

Elizabeth caught up with Lucky and grabbed his shoulder. He whirled around, and had hoped that it was Marie.

"Liz, I thought you were going to relax at the apartment today." Lucky said with a smile.

"I was, I just got a little worried when you didn't come home, so I decided to come find you. How did your meeting with Sonny go?"

"Well, I'm trying to get Sonny to back me up for that art project I was talking about."

"Great, I know how much you want to do that. Hey, have you seen that new girl Marie in town? I just ran into her, and she was crying. I never found out where she came from."

Lucky stopped dead in his tracks. He turned towards Elizabeth.
