Sunday, Feb. 16th, 2003: Band Of The Week section is back!! I am going to an AZ concert next week, thats why I decided to make a page on them. I heard of AZ on the radio a few months ago, and I first saw them Dec. 8th, 2002 at an all day concert here in FL. They put on an awesome show, and got the crowd crazy! "One More Minute", the debut song off their album is playing on radio stations now. In that song, Jason DeVore (lead singer) sounds similar to Stubhy Pandev (LBC), let me assure you, it's the only song that sounds like LBC. Jason has an awesome and unique voice, and the songs off their new CD, "A Passage In Time", fuses addictive punk, and hyped vibes, that almost anyone can become hooked on. AZ is made of: Jason DeVore (vocals), Bill Marcks (guitar), Jim Wilcox (drums), Jeremy Wood (bass).
My favorite songs from their cd are: One More Minute, Sky's The Limit, and Mesa Town.
I will write more on AZ after i see them perform with Sum41, and No Use For a Name.
