ACADEMIC PAGE
I was a graduate student at the Univeristy of Wisconsin-Madison (USA) for four years, where I got double Masters degree: an MA from the Department of Agriculture and Applied Economics, and an MS from the Industrial Relations Research Institute. I got my Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil. Now I am an instructor at the Ibmec Business School, in So Paulo, Brazil (my homecountry).

As my resume indicates, I have work/research experience and interest in the area of labor.  However, the starting point  and motivation of all my work is development economics. More specifically, my question is how the development of labor markets are related to one country's economic development. My final goal as an academic is to find explanations, and hopefully practical tools, that will improve people's life in developing countries.
