The Mini-Bog
May 05: I have no idea if this mini-bog idea will work well or not. It is basically a 2' wide, 1' deep plastic planter. I drilled a couple of 1/2" holes into the bottom of it for drainage, sunk it into the ground, then filled it with a mix of topsoil, peat moss, and kitty litter. The idea was just to have a spot that would stay wet a little longer than the surrounding area. We'll see!
