Asparagus
What I know:
� Likes rich, well drained soil.
� Full sun or light shade.
� Perrenial.
� Allow 2-3 years of growth before picking.
� To pick them, choose stalks that are thicker than a pencil and 6"-8" long, cut them off just above the ground.
