I just cant get planet side, or don't you just hate being caught in a Q?:
Not much to say this time around.
I got changed into my day uniform and made it as far as the station. There I found a few shops and tried to make a reservation for some spear fishing, but the shop had nothing for the planet below us!
Then I heard a call for help from K. When I got to her cabin I found security had beaten me there and were confronting, nothing.
She said something call a Q had appeared in her cabin. Whatever a Q is, it frightened the Captain when he got there.
K tried to serve tea to calm herself and us, and ended up accidentally drenching me with it when Q popped in and frighten us all. Thankfully it wasn’t hot enough to give me a bad burn, but is was almost comical to watch K jump up and try to dry me with the towel she had been wrapped in.
The thing looked vaguely human, but seemed very befuddled. The Captain said that it is something like an Organian, so I figured that shooting it wouldn’t be a good idea, though I was very tempting.
Demian gave it a Freedom welcome by trying to give the thing a wedge, but it didn't work.
Whatever it is, it wants to be part of the crew of the Freedom. Just what we need a befuddled child with the powers of a god on our ship. This just keeps getting better and better.

Anyway I’m changed again, at this rate I’m going to need to replicate more uniforms, and headed back to the station. K will be a bit later than planned considering the fright she had.
You know, I’m really having doubts that she is a spy at this point. She seems, I don’t know, too straightforward to have anything to hide. Not as simple or single minded as Lera, but not really deep enough to make a good spy, though it could all be an act. I won’t really know till I have a chance to do some snooping.
Perhaps I can pick up some more information on hacking while I’m planet side. Things haven’t changed all that much, but there are a few new tricks that weren’t around when I first started, and I want to do this right.
