An interesting fact, is that some of the most popular charities are donating to help the poor starving people in Africa. Africa probably gets more value from us than we spend on most wars. The problem here is that these people are starving because of their own government, and their government stops a large part of your donations from reaching the people. I am not telling people not to be kind enough to try to help these people, they really do need our support, But we can't even stop our own problem with needy people here in the U.S. My point is this...... While we all by into political lies (and do nothing to hold polititions responsible) we are ignoring the facts. Some political liars will first get your trust by claiming to be christain, then they will go on to show you horrible stories about other countries and tell us that we need to help their people by bombing and taking control. What they are keeping from us is their personal intrest in these countries (i.e. oil, power, money, control, and prejudice). We then go into war costing billions of dollars and many, and by the time its all done, we here nothing more about the issue they said was the reason. Yet we do not demand an answer. GET TO THE POINT! We have a country that is starving their people to death, and spreading disease. We have a country sending billions of dollars of heavy drugs into our nation.
One of these is Africa, starving a part of their people. I do not see our government taking an intrest in solving the problem. When was the last time you heard of talks between America and Africa on solving this problem??? Why is this? The truth is that our political leaders do have an intrest in Africa, but it is a silent intrest in their pockets. Even though they get rich from war, they get even more rich from letting this go on in Africa. That is why you don't hear about our millitary forcing their cruel leaders out!!
The other is South America, sending billions of dollars of lethal drugs into our great nation. This is killing our own people in many ways. Once in a while you will hear of a drug lord taken down, but that is so you will think that they are really fighting against the drug problem. The truth is that our leaders are getting rich and fat from the war on drugs, they want and even allow this problem in our country. They make a killing off the import of leathal drugs in the form of payoffs and they line their pockets with money that is supposed to be used to fight "the war on drugs". Drugs cause murder, and most other crimes in this country. By having all this choas going on it keeps the people blind to what is really going on in the political world. When was the last time you heard of talks between America and Columbia to resolve the drug issue?? When have you heard of us using our military to force these people out??!!
So, what makes our political leaders any different than the people we have been persuing lately?? Just lies!! |
