Proper Council Rules to be followed by all in attendance of the LSC official Meetings:
1. All attending shall respect the person in the "hotseat" and let them speak.
2. If you want to speak and express your opinion then you must type "!!", wait to be called on and then say what you have to say.
3. ONLY the council members are allowed to attend the Council meetings. No exceptions.
4. The meetings go as follows: A Council member assumes the "hotseat". They are the only one allowed to speak freely and moderate and are in charge of the topics for that alotted time.
5. The "hotseat" must go through all of the council members before the meeting is to considered completed. |
