Limpley Stoke were comfortable winners after proving too strong in all areas for Broughton Gifford. Winning the toss Gifford elected to bat and make a promising start going on at 6 an over for the loss of 1 wicket, but excellent bowling with regular wickets meant they stumbled to a low total of 132 all out.

Tyrie and Hannell taking 3 wickets a piece, Elder taking 2 and Ed Gay taking 1, Tim Bush bowled well, but was wicket-less thanks to a dolly of a drop by his captain.

After a poor tea LSCC began sprightly and knocked off the runs required in 23 overs, Gregory 38 not out, Smith, Twist, Richards S and Owen all contributing to make it an easy win and an early finish.
