This had to have been the most incredible night, last night, 11/19/05. I don't think I've enjoyed myself more in a long time. Heather Meekins and her boyfriend told me we were going out for lunch yesterday,and asked if I wanted to come. I didn't realize that that was the first part of her birthday gift for me. They paid for lunch at the Olive Garden. That was sweet.

Then, she did my hair and make-up for the Promenade's Social, one of the biggest and best events of the semester. I wore my leather top with a skirt that I slit high enough to be able to dance in, and my pleather knee high boots. The effect was hot.

Oh, by the way... my birthday isn't until Monday, however, this is the day I chose to celebrate both it and my one year anniversary of being in Baltimore.

Dan and I managed to actually glide across the dance floor when we Waltzed. That's a first for us. I didn't feel like we were stepping... it was gliding, I was able to close my eyes and just enjoy the music. He said he didn't realize that I'd feel that much of a difference... and that obviously he just needed to stop counting to get the same effect next time!! I was beyond high after that dance. I got a lot of pics, which I hope you'll like. (yes, I'm gonna put some of them up.)

Oh, and Lisa made my night!! The woman is so awesome. I always have a smile when I'm around her, and we hug, and have some of the most interesting poses whenever we take pictures. We were going to go see Harry Potter 4, but I had promised to take Kelsey home, so she and the friends she was going with just went by themselves, and she said we'll go see Narnia together. Can't wait for that. Anywho, yes, I'm still high from last night, and I'm putting up the pictures now for your viewing pleasure.
