Thank you for visiting our site. My name is Daniel Smith, my wife Carolina, and our chiildren Jakin and Emma-Daniela and I are recently installed here as pastors from Midland ON where we served in youth ministry. We believe confidently that God has spoken to our hearts: He will bring a revival of unseen proportions to the Lighthouse. As we heard this in our spirits we excitedly took the invitation to move here to Haliburton. And so, in light of this conviction of impending revival we have been preparing the way for God to have His way here. New wine needs a fresh and ready wineskin. To keep the vision uncomplicated and effective we are doing nothing out of human strategy, not that other strategies and growth visions are bad, but we are simply listening to God and obeying His voice. We want the Lighthouse to be a place to belong for you and also hear God's voice as you journey through life and seek to understand the purpose God has for your life.
