How To Eat After Surgery
50 g of protein a day. You eat 6 meals a day starting with Protein.
*breakfast, then a mid-morning snack,
*lunch a mid-afternoon snack
*dinner an evening snack

As for the water
Drink it all day and then about 20 mins. before a meal stop.
Then after a meal they say not to drink for 45 mins. Now that is hard.
If you drink it pushes the food through your pouch quicker and makes you feel hungry.
If you eat more you get sick. You DON'T want to do that!

When Your Ready To Add Carbs

Pepridge Farm has a very thin bread that is low fat and low sugar.
