Protien Drinks, Bars and Food
I decided to start checking out some protien drinks and bars.
Vitalady.com is a great place to start. You can order samples of the drinks and bars so you don't end up
spending a lot of something you don't like and won't use.
Weightlosssuccess.com has great deals and you can order samples of "Nectar" It is a great tasting protien
drink. I like the Apple and the Cherry, no after taste.
FeelingOK.co.uk is a great place to find low carb/high protien foods. Special things like muffins and pasta and
crackers that are both low carb and high protien!
Real Meals is the only place to get this powder. I found it has no real after taste when you mix it with water,
fruit and cool whip
