| UPDATES CONTINUED Oct 26, 2004 Wow long time between updates! I'm down 100+ and about 60 inches down also. Things are much better. I still can't eat chicken, steak, pork I might be able to take a couple very small bites but that would be all. I can eat half a sandwhich now. I know that sounds like nothing but trust me its a lot. The bad thing is I don't dump on sugar so I have to still police myself which I suck at, hence the starting weight. I read Dr. Phil's "7 Keys to Weight Loss" It really has a lot of good information in there, worth reading and useing as yet another tool to help along the way. Weight loss alone isn't enough, it would be a mistake to not get as many tools to make this work as I can find. I'm NOT a Dr. Phil fan (at all!) but this book is good I heard wonderful things and gave it a shot, I'm glad I did. |
