workaholics on holiday! recently released a collection of songs i've recorded during the past 3 years entitled 'the second shortcoming' - it features no less than 25 tracks of lo-fi dirges, out-of-key noise pop, claustrophobic pseudo-shoegazer, wanna-be 80's pop, etc., etc.! you can download some songs at the workaholics website as well as the low fire myspace site - heck, here's one as well, called 'gail was drunk'. if you like what you hear, the cd-r (incl. a nifty hand-assembled cover) is a mere 6 bucks (45 dkr) - get one at the bsbta boutique.
in other news, low fire the band has recorded a few songs in something vaguely resembling a studio. there is a slight chance that a couple of these will be released, but let's see what happens. right now, the main priority is live shows - so if you need a band that will play for a bottle of vodka...
