| Today people set the American dream high, filled wiht all sorts of things Willy Loman himself would be trying to get his hands on first. The hottest stuff is the most expensive stuff. T.V. shows are taking off that are all about the material goods that people have. For example, CRIBS, the IT girls, My super sweet sixteen. We can all admit that we have indulged in the outragous things that people have that we want... Its kind of hard not to when its all over television these days. On most television shows you don't see the small little ranch. All you see is the two sotry house with many rooms and bigger. That is now the American standard that one would have at least a two story bedroom. |
