Easy Spells:

-Lumos: lighting the end of a wand
-Nox: extinguishing the light on the end of a wand
-Reparo: repairing glass
-Petrificus Totalus: the full body bind

Medium Ability Spells:
-Serpentsortia: producing a snake
-Incendio: lighting a fire
-Sonorus: making a voice extremely loud
-Quietus: reducing a voice back to normal frequency
-Impedimenta: slowing a preson or animal down
-Stupefy: stunning a person
-Enervate: waking a person from stunning
-Expelliarmus: disarming a wand
-Reducto: the reductor curse. This can blast holes through solid objects
-Riddikulus: this spell is used to get rid of a boggart which is a shape shifter
-Obliviate: the memory charm. Can wipe a person's memory from a given date
-Rictusempra: winding an oppenent in duelling
-Tarantallegra: dancing legs
-Orchideous: creates a bunch of flowers
-Avis: creates small birds out of the end of a wand

Advanced Spells:
-Expecto Patronum: producing a patronus. This is a measure used to drive away dementors. It is renowned to be an extremely difficult spell to perfom
-Accio: the summoning charm. Saying "accio" and then the wand will bring forth the object

                     THE UNFORGIVEABLE
                         CURSES:

Description: There are three curses called "THE UNFORGIVEABLE CURSES"
                    If a person uses any of them just once, it is worth
                    a life time in Azkaban.

Crucio: this is the Cruciatus curse. It tortures the victim more than any weapon             could

Imperius: this curse puts the victim under complete control. The victim is at the                 mercy of the witch or wizard who perfoms the curse.

Avada Kedavara: the killing curse. No explanation needed.
