
How To Order Items From CandlesNStuf
At this time and for the foreseeable future, we process mail orders
only. If this is your first time in ordering from us, be sure to read the
entire contents of this page before proceeding.
In order for us to process your order promptly we will need you to fill out an
order form and submit it and the method of payment we accept, discussed below, at the time
you place the order with us. Instructions on where to mail the completed order
form along with the method of payment we accept are found at the bottom of the order form.
Terms and Conditions
Payment Methods:
To keep our costs low and in order to provide you, our valued customer, with
the best possible pricing, we accept the following methods of payment only:
- Personal Check
- Certified Check
- Money Order
Order Processing:
- For items ordered by Personal Check, generally, we will process it within 3 to 5
working days. Upon receiving confirmation from our bank that the check has
cleared, typically 3 to 5 bank working days, we will then ship your order.
- For items ordered by Certified Check and Money Order, generally, we will process
and ship your order within 3 to 5 working days of the receipt of payment.
Item Availability:
It is important for us to say here that we are a small business based out of
our home. We manufacture most of the the items that you see on this site
in-house and they are on a made to order basis. For the items we don't
manufacture in-house, we order those items from trusted suppliers that meet our
requirements for providing a quality product. We will make every reasonable
effort to have the items you have ordered manufactured and shipped to you within the order
processing period we have stated above.
Method Of Shipment:
Warranties:
- All sales are final.
- We make no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied as to the fitness
of the products shown on this site for any application or any use that you, as the
customer, are responsible for determining.
- By ordering the products from this site, you agree that by placing an order with
us, you have read the page on Candle Safety and you agree to indemnify and
hold us harmless from any and all liability that might arise from the use of our products.
Conditions Beyond Our Control:
- If, for reasons and circumstances that are beyond our control, we anticipate a
delay in manufacturing or shipping a particular item you have ordered of longer than 10
working days, we will notify you by e-mail of the delay in shipping and give you the
approximate date we may expect to be shipping the item to you. Your only remedy
in this case is to either accept the delay or to cancel the item you have
ordered. If you accept the delay, you do not need to notify us. If
you do not accept the delay, please notify of of this fact by email and we will happily refund your money for the
items that we are unable to ship to you.
- We make every reasonable effort to package your order properly according to the
shipping guidelines provided to us by our shipper. When the order left our
loading dock, all items in the order were intact, undamaged, and in brand new
condition. Each item was carefully packaged to avoid breakage in
shipping. It is important that upon receipt of your order, you check the
condition of the package for evidence of handling damage before you accept it from the
shipper. If the order is damaged, your issue is with the shipper and not with
us.
