Chili
2 large cans tomatos
1 large can tomato sauce
2 cans tomato paste
water - as needed
1 medium onion - chopped
3-5 cloves of garlic - minced
4-5 stalks of celery - chopped
1 green pepper - chopped
1 sweet red pepper - chopped
5 chile peppers - whole (cut slits lengthwise)
5 jalepeno peppers - whole (cut slits lengthwise)
1 zucchini - chopped
1 eggplant - chopped
1 small bag baby carrots - whole
mushrooms to taste - whole
1 small bag frozen corn
steak (any cut) - diced
ground meat - any (I like to use chicken)
dark red kidney beans - cooked
black turtle beans - cooked
lentils - cooked
pinch of oregano
basil - to taste
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnimon
black pepper to taste
2 tbsp. cocoa powder


Back to the main page...
1. Put all ingrediants in a pot and cook for 5 to 10 hours.  Stir occasionally.
***Put the chile and jalapeno peppers in last with their stems sticking up out of the chili.  This makes them easy to remove for those who don't want their chili          !
