At RAP we are dedicated to saving paper clips that have been mutilated, overworked, and neglected. Our program helps lower the Paper-Clip Abandonment Rate. Each of the rescued clips, now living in caring, safe environments, are showered with love and attention, so that they might recover from the scars of emotional and physical abuse. Our program has spread all over the United States, and even into Canada. Paper Clips have been rescued in many places, including Niagra Falls, Michigan, Florida, Massachusetts, and Ohio.
