| news 12.10.01 - some people have been hearing rumors lately that lost for words was going to break up, and i wish i could deny the rumors, but i cant. it is true, lost for words has officially ended. i guess we kinda just all wanted to do something different and we decided now is a good time to call it quits. we may, in the future, decide to play again, but i wouldn't count on it. aaron and nick have the silent heroes, which have an amazing cd coming out (seriously, go check it out.. i believe their cd comes out on jan 4th). there arent any hard feelings between anyone, we just felt it was time to end. we've had a great time playing and sorry that we won't be able to have one final goodbye show for everyone that has supported us, but things are just too busy right now and wouldn't work out. you will be able to see aaron and nick on stage with the heroes anytime and i am sure you will be able to see me and kevin playing in bands soon again too. sorry to all those who were unable to come to our last show with river city high and something corporate, but it was a good way to end. thanks to everyone who came out to the shows, bought/stole/borrowed a cd, and anyone who ever took the time to listen to us with an open mind. i will never forget our best shows like: (something)Palooza at michael's house, Travis' last show at the Nile, CALIFORNIA!, vegas, warped tour, and especially playing krispy kreme live, that always was the most fun. thanks. -chris. p.s. - the www.lostforwordsmusic.com domain will eventually expire in a few months or more. if you want to still come and look at pictures and all that stuff, you will always be able to find the site at www.geocities.com/lostforwordsrocks |
