CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PIE
Ingredients:
4 tbls. peanut butter
1 tbls. honey
1 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 pkg. suger-free chocolate pudding
2 cups skim milk
4 tbls. light whip topping
1. combine P.B. & honey in bowl and microwave for 20 sec.
2. stir in cereal and press mixture in 9" pie dish and chill for 30 min.
3. prepare pudding w/ skim milk and chill until set
4. garnish with whip topping
BROCOLLI CASSEROLE
2 20 OZ BAGS FROZEN BROCOLLI, COOKED/DRAINED
2 CUPS FAT FREE SOUR CREAM
1 PKG DRY ONION SOUP MIX
3/4CUP FAT FREE SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9 in square pan with nonstick spray.
Mix sour cream and onion soup mix together in a bowl. Place half the brocolli
in pan, top with 1/2 the sour cream/onion soup mixture, top with 1/2 the
cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake 30 minutes
Serves 6 @ 2 stars  each
Cheesy Chicken   (great made into enchiladas or over yellow rice)
A crockpot recipe
2 cans  Campbells cheddar cheese soup
1 can    tomatoes with green chiles (drained)
1 cup    salsa
1 small  green pepper,diced
1 small  onion, diced
seasonings such as: seasoning salt, pepper, cumin
boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trim all fat (about 5-6 large breasts)
Combine soup,tomatoes,salsa,green pepper, onion in crock pot. Season chicken with seasonings. Add to soup mixture. Simmer on low for 7-8 hours. Chicken will fall apart.

4 bone in chicken breasts no skin
1 cup ketchup
1 can Coke or Pepsi - NOT DIET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1 large slice sweet white or yellow onion.
Put chicken in crockpot. Top with sliced onion. Cover with ketchup, then pourCoke over the top. This is absolutely fantastic.
