Rates High season (minimum stay 3
nights) - 20/12/08 to 31/1/09 and Easter 2009 - $1,700 per week,
$265 per night.
Mid season (minimum stay 2 nights) Feb/March/School Holidays and
Public Holidays - $1,250 per week, weekends $245 pn (Fri/Sat or
Sat/Sun nights ), mid week $180 per night.
Low season - balance of year - (minimum stay 2 nights)
$950 per week, weekends $200 per night (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun nights),
mid week $140 pn.
Schoolies 2009 - $1,550 per week.
Payment
20% Deposit due seven days after booking confirmed, balance one
month prior to commencement of stay. Cheque or electronic
transfer. There are no credit card facilities.
Bond: The Manager reserves the right to request a $100
bond per person
Linen:
Must
be supplied e.g. donnas covers, sheets and sleeping bags. If linen is required
(especially for interstate and OS visitors) an extra fee of $20 applies
Availability:
Still
available for some of the holiday period.
Available for shoulder and off peak
periods.
