The Internet Brothers: Tips and Tools  *****
http://internetbrothers.com/tiptool.htm

This area of the Internet Brothers site is subtitled "Helpware for the
Cybercommunity."  Whatever it is, if you are working with students on
webpages, this is a must read.  What are layers?  How do you do a
Quicktime VR panorama, and make it easier to load? What is dynamic HTML,
and which version should you try to implement? Update your HTML skills,
or just visit the areas marked with a green dot (for beginners).
Warning: the Community area (point your cursor over the Navigation menu
to find this) may contain language more appropriate for adults.

Grade Level: College, Adult/Professional

AdCracker.com   ***
http://www.adcracker.com/index.htm

Our culture is bombarded by ads, now learn more about them.  AdCracker
looks at how the buyer buys, how ads can make people think, feel and
act, and how to create a brand. Creative Games and the Idea Machine
(you'll find these AdCreative) can be used in the classroom. Help your
students become more informed, or perhaps launch a few careers.

Grade Level: Elementary, Middle School, High School
Content Area: Business (Marketing) Dewey #658

Science Playwiths   ****
http://members.ozemail.com.au/~macinnis/scifun/index.htm

The name of this site sums it up.  You can find activities and ideas
that can add excitement to any place you want to do science. There's a
whole section on Enquiring (my spellcheck would prefer inquiring) into
bubbles, followed by the science behind the enquiries. Electricity,
fluid flow, and kitchen chemistry are just a few of the areas of science
covered. Many thanks to the scientists from down under that have created
this site.

Grade Level: Elementary, Middle School, High School
Content Area: Science (General) Dewey #500
Application Type: Activities
