INSPECTION / EVALUATION
IN ACCORDANCE WITH IPC-A-610

Objective:

The intention of this course is to enable electrical/electronic manufacturers achieve efficient and cost effective production by ensuring their operators can correctly apply the acceptability criteria of IPC-A-610. Successful completion of the course will enable participants to make correct “accept/reject” decisions for the appropriate production classification laid down by the requirements of IPC-A-610.

Who Should Attend:

Technical and manufacturing personnel, trainers and supervisors of electrical/electronic assemblies. Course membership should also include college and trade school instructors.

Course Content:

The course will train and test rank and file workers, or future workers (such as current technology students), in the ability to correctly apply the criteria of the IPC-A-610 series standard for one or more production classes of the series. Successful candidates will be issued an IPC certificate of proficiency.

    Cost: $2500 (max 8)

Interstate and overseas should also include travelling and accommodation expenses. Shift training can be arranged.
