Lorelei Downes is a single mother of one and an Elementary Teacher with the Durham District School Board. She has taught all grades K-OAC/12, as well as performed the roles of Library, Computer Site and Report Card Administrator. She was a member of the Local ETFO executive and an Executive Member Female for Provincial ETFO. She is ½ way through the longest M.Ed. in history in the department of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning at OISE. In the fall, Lorelei will be returning to a Grade 7 classroom in Ajax.
